Erik Homenick

I’m a transactional lawyer who advises clients in the manufacturing, real property, energy and natural resources, fisheries, and agribusiness & food sectors.

I enjoy most working with both startups and established organizations in the fields of corporate governance, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and strategy, corporate social responsibility and accountability, clean energy finance, and sustainable business strategies.

Before hanging my own shingle, I was a litigator working in the areas of construction, medical defence, and commercial disputes at Stewart McKelvey in Saint John, NB.
